Kristen is a Nationally Board-Certified Doctor of Acupuncture with over 20 years of industry experience ranging from small businesses to a military hospital. Proven ability to adapt within any environment with proficiency conveying reliable concepts to reach patients and colleagues on any level. Experience with analyzing internal processes and implementing necessary changes. Team leader with experience identifying and addressing needs. Her expertise lies in addressing patient and medical and holistic businesses.
She supports the advancement of the profession by being an educator for students and Acupuncturists. She does this through her continuing education classes and as an adjunct professor at East West College of Natural Medicine.
Her goals in the field of Chinese Medicine include solving problems that others can't for Acupuncturists and patients. Her goals with businesses is to create quantifiable easy solutions.
Her goals with patients is to utilize Traditional Chinese Medicine and its adjunctive modalities to provide the best possible care with the experience and knowledge to refer out if necessary.
She served a 4-year Senate appointment on the Florida Board of Acupuncture designed to uphold the standards and regulations of the profession.
She is a published author in Psychosomatic Society Journal, Sleep Journal and Acupuncture Today.
Lastly, she is completing a traditional doctoral program with Nova Southeastern University.
